Relax with the latest update coming to Forza Horizon 5: Horizon Cars & Coffee. This series features the Coffee Shop Evolving World location ideal for photoshoots on your own or with friends and a drone show for night owls who have had too many cups.

Cars from around the world converge at the Festival with the Reward Cars coming this series: the 2010 Noble M600, 2017 Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Coupé, 2021 Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae, 1976 Volkswagen SP-2, 2022 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF, and the 1973 Volkswagen Thing.

Visit the Coffee Shop in Free Mode Once More!

Horizon Cars & Coffee brings you the best place to ingest your mandatory dose of much needed daily caffeine in the Coffee Shop location. This spot is piping hot with places to take pictures of your cars and even entire convoys! The Coffee Shop is riddled with the same murals you can see in different areas of the Mexico map, and some new artwork on its walls. Furthermore, you can use the drive-through area for cool photo opportunities. Look at the inside of the Coffee Shop and you’ll find a nice photo studio when you need a picture of your favorite rides with a clean white background. Special lights will also turn on at this section of the Shop at night for a unique illumination on your pictures. All around the Coffee Shop you will see platforms designed to fit multiple cars; these are amazing for group shots to immortalize your convoys. In total, there are three platforms surrounding the Shop; one features another iconic mural seen across Mexico, while the other two use nature as their backdrop.

A Coffee with Unique Body for You to Unlock

Nothing beats the sensation of putting on your most comfy set of clothes to get a nice cup of your favorite coffee and going for a ride on the crisp roads of the Horizon Festival.
To help you with that first part, the Coffee Cup outfit makes a comeback as an unlockable reward on the first week of the Festival Playlist. We know how hard it is to put a smile on your face before you have had your first cup of the day, so we decided to include a premade smile on this outfit, so you don’t have to fake it until that first glorious sip.

The Most Caffeinated Drone Show Yet!

The Coffee Shop location will also see a returning drone show in this series! Visit the new Evolving World location at night and watch the flying drones make the shapes of a coffee cup, a car wheel, and this series’ logo. The drone show, plus the spotlights that appear at night near the Coffee Shop, will also provide unique photo opportunities for you and your convoy.

Spill the Beans with This Returning Collectible

There’s no need to make a line for this one-of-a-kind cup, you just need to find it. Visit the Coffee Shop during the third week of Horizon Cars & Coffee and smash 10 Coffee Cup Collectibles to complete the Spill the Beans challenge available that week. Be careful with the cup! As soon as you hit it, you’ll see its content spilled all over the place.

Even though the makers of this update’s Series Reward might prefer tea in their cups every morning, there’s no doubt the 2017 Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Coupé is as potent as your favorite brand of jitter juice. The 6.0-liter V12 engine roaring under this car’s hood will surely wake up the neighbors and wish them a happy morning with the smell of gasoline and burnt rubber. There’s no better morning routine than doing some skincare and then going all out on the track reaching 0-100 kmh in just 3.5 seconds. 2010 Noble M600

Britain’s Noble Automotive builds bespoke supercars that demand attention. Not just attention from drivers who appreciate their analog pureness—Nobles are blissfully devoid of such driver-isolating distractions such as ABS and traction control—but also from those who appreciate their ideal proportions. The latest Noble, the M600, is the epitome of the breed, a mid-engined supercar with enough performance on tap to shock the established big-name players. Many cars are described as quick, but the M600’s 0-60 mph blast takes only a tick over three seconds—that’s properly, wickedly quick. Motivation comes courtesy of an unusual engine, a V8 developed by Yamaha for Volvo, although no Volvo sees the kind of power that the additional twin-turbochargers bolted up by Noble provide. Its light weight and high output (a full 650 horsepower) perfectly suits the M600’s primarily carbon fiber hand-built body and its advanced stainless-steel frame. While the performance is phenomenal, it’s Noble’s dedication to the driver that makes this exceptionally well-crafted car such a delight to both push hard and appreciate standing still.

2021 Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae

Created as a numbered series, only 350 models of the coupe version of the final Aventador were produced. We are of course referring to the 2021 Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae, the ultimate Aventador. Inside this raging bull beats a naturally aspirated V12 heart; the most powerful engine Lamborghini has ever produced, being able to create 769 break horsepower that nets a 0-100 kmh time of 2.8 seconds. Take a sip of that Lambo espresso driving in the best and last version of the Italian brand’s former signature car: the LP 780-4 Ultimae.

1976 Volkswagen SP-2

Though it may not look as striking as some hyper cars; the 1976 Volkswagen SP-2 is still an exotic rarity worthy of a spot in your collection. Born in Brazil out of the need of locally produced race cars, the SP-2 was created by VW Brazil using the same chassis the Brazilian VW Type 3 Variant was made on and fitting a 1.7-liter air-cooled engine. Even though the car ended up heavier, its steel body provides an amazing cosmetic finish that let it stand out from other local competitors of the same category. Try a cult classic and Latin American rarity formerly named the most beautiful Volkswagen in the world with the 1976 Volkswagen SP-2.

2022 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF

Earn 20 PTS during Week 3 “Winter” Season on the Cars & Coffee Festival Playlist. Available from July 3 until July 10.

Just when your morning jolt isn’t quite making it, the 2022 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF clutches in to save the day. The Miata RF is a fantastic convertible that is also such a pleasure to drive; its new Kinematic Posture Control allows it to (somehow) improve its cornering abilities compared to previous models.
The 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine produces 181 hp and 151 lb-ft, plus it has the perfect power to weight ratio for a car of this kind. Coupled with its improved power steering system, the Miata is waiting for a few mods to become a drift king.

1973 Volkswagen Thing

Earn 20 PTS during Week 4 “Spring” Season on the Cars & Coffee Festival Playlist. Available from July 10 until July 17.

Another air-cooled, repurposed, automotive oddity will be available to unlock this series as the final Festival Playlist Reward Car. This time, it's the German military truck transformed into outdoor explorer, the 1973 Volkswagen Thing. The birth certificate of this car states its purpose was leisure, whether you wanted to take it off roading or on your everyday drives, the Thing would deliver fun every turn of its wheels. Even though the stock version of this car is as stripped as they come, it will only take a few tweaks from your building mastermind to transform it into the off-roader of your dreams!
