Community Events Highlights

The Boyz Racing and Motorsports (TBZ) have hosted three successful seasons of their GT Series, partnering with EventLab creators from the Forza Creators Guild to supply custom tracks befitting their GT car selection. New players can learn more about how to participate in the upcoming series by joining the TBZ Lodge.

In the world of Forza Motorsport, November 17 marked the 100th occurrence of the Hot Lap Challenge event hosted by PTG Rob0611. From Silverstone to Fujimi, from D class to R class, every week players set their fastest lap time, competing against each other for bragging rights. Join them and set your own times at the PTG Discord.

The biggest Forza Motorsport community event of 2025 was the 24 Heures du Mulsanne, hosted by TORA (The Online Racing Association). An enormous 557 drivers took part across 129 entries, a TORA record. Congratulations to the P class winning entry, #1 F1oppeR, and the GT class winners, #989 EXR Resurrected! Of note, this was the smallest winning margin at Le Mans for a TORA endurance race.

Forza Motorsport

In 2025, Forza Motorsport celebrated its 20th Anniversary with our incredible community, introduced new cars and features that have been requested by players, and saw the return of a truly legendary and beloved track: Fujimi Kaido.

Let’s start with those serpentine mountain roads. Fujimi Kaido was last featured in 2011’s Forza Motorsport 4, and the mark it has left in our community cannot be understated. As the home for both drifters and touge racers, the 20th Anniversary of Forza Motorsport was the perfect time for us to bring back this monstrous 16.5-kilometer track. It also proved to be our largest track project ever – check out this blog on the making of Fujimi Kaido to learn more about its development and the considerations we had to take when bringing it back.

The return of Fujimi Kaido also coincided with the addition of Meetups: a space for the community to come together and show off their favorite cars. With Open Track Day and Drift Meetups, as well as 24/7 Fujimi Kaido and Nürburgring Meetups, there’s plenty of choices! Join these lobbies at any time from the Meetups menu in-game.

2025 also introduced new-to-Motorsport cars from BMW and Porsche, new Daily Racers and Velocity-themed events, and a host of features: from open-wheel IndyCar racing and Manual Grid Ordering in Private Multiplayer, to an upgraded multi-line Drivatar AI system and a new racecar-focused single-player campaign: the Champions Cup.

This year we also started bringing back previously released Featured Tours and reward cars to Forza Motorsport, ensuring they remain permanently available for players to enjoy at any time. The Road to Race Tour, Track Toys Tour, Ringer Tour, Endurance Tour, BMW Tour, and Contemporary Tour have all returned to Forza Motorsport.

Ring in the New Year on January 1 with the return of the Nemesis Tour and experience some of the most infamous automotive rivalries on the racetrack.

Thank you for all your support throughout 2025! It’s incredible to see the community’s passion for Forza Motorsport, and we love racing with you in Featured Multiplayer and seeing your cars and drifting skills in Meetups.

As our team shifts its focus toward delivering the best possible experience with Forza Horizon 6 in 2026, we do not plan to introduce new cars, tracks, features, or regular bug fixes for Forza Motorsport. However, we will continue supporting the game by keeping online servers active, hosting special events and competitions, and reintroducing previously released Featured Tours and reward cars on a monthly basis, until all content is available for you to enjoy anytime.

We hope you continue racing with us on Forza Motorsport in 2026 – see you at the track!

Forza Horizon 5

2025 was another amazing year of adventuring at Horizon Mexico. Let’s take a look back at all the amazing moments this year gave us, and preview what we can look forward to in 2026! As always, none of this would’ve happened without you, dear readers and community members. Thank you for your support!

We waved farewell to 2024 and hello to 2025 with Horizon Extreme, a content update that added four new EventLab Build Stubs: Volcán, Montaña, Dunas, and Sierra Verde Build Stubs. This update gave us another chance to recklessly jump, drift, and skate around the Stunt Park!

The Midnight Muscle content update introduced Festival Playlist Voting; every few weeks, two previous Festival Playlists are offered for players to vote on, determining which returning Playlist will be featured next. Come back every month to vote for your preferred returning Playlist!

Horizon Realms allows players to visit eleven previously released Evolving World locations and discover the brand-new Horizon Stadium Circuit. Horizon Realms also added four new reward cars unlocked by completing accolades: the 2024 Lamborghini Revuelto, 2023 Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato, 2018 Lotus Exige Cup 430, and the 2022 Hennessey Mammoth 6x67. This update also introduced a new permanent Race Route: the Stadium Track. To top it all off, four new JDMs arrived at the Horizon Festival with the Nissan Retro Rides Car Pack featuring four classic Pike cars: the 1989 Nissan Pao, 1991 Nissan Figaro, 1989 Nissan Scargo, and 1987 Nissan BE1.

April was a special month for Horizon Mexico as we invited a new community into Forza Horizon 5. For the first time, PlayStation players joined the Horizon Festival, discovering the roads, rewards, and vibrant culture of Mexico for themselves. The reception from the PlayStation community was phenomenal, and we’re thrilled that Forza Horizon 5 became one of the best-selling games on PlayStation 5 this year. Experienced drivers gave new friends a warm welcome in the official Forza Discord, sharing useful tips to help everyone hit the road with confidence. We’re excited to continue building this cross-platform community together.

The final days of September saw the biggest news drop: at Tokyo Game Show 2025, we announced the location that will host the next Horizon Festival.

We are thrilled to share that Forza Horizon 6 is traveling to Japan in 2026! We’re also delighted that we had the opportunity to capture the reactions of some long-time Festival guests:
